


The opportunity to perform in a concert is an exciting, empowering and confidence-building part of the training process. This is where we love to watch our students learn about performance, rehearsals and teamwork while they enjoy the opportunity to showcase their skills in a professionally run production. Concerts are a wonderful way for students to showcase the results of their hard work and for family and friends to join in the pride of their achievement. We love giving all students the chance to perform for their family and friends in this supportive and fun environment and encourage even our youngest and newest performers to be involved.
If there is any reason why your child will not be able to perform at the concert on the dates and times provided, please let us know so we can make amendments to the class routines involving them.
Please note: that unfortunately any families with unpaid fees will not be allowed to participate in our concert.
This is without a doubt the highlight of our year and we are giddy with excitement to show you how hard our dancers have been working!

DATE & TIME
Our End of Year Concert will be held on 30.11.25.
Preschool students arrival time: 10:15am- this is when all preschool students are dropped off. Please have only 1 adult come to drop off.
Doors open: 10:30am- this is when the theatre doors open and all guests may enter the auditorium. Please have your tickets ready.
Show starts: 11:00am- this is when the concert starts
Show concludes and students dismissed: APPROX 12:40pm
· St Mary’s Band Club opens at 10am. At this time we ask that only 1 parents/caregiver per child signs in to allow all families the opportunity to drop their child off so that they can get ready without any stress.

All students participate in our End of Year Concert and students work on these routines each week in class, developing their skills in the process and learning the importance of rehearsal, commitment, performance techniques and teamwork. on concert day your child's teacher will be on stage with them.
In terms of attendance, it is very important that students do not miss any of their scheduled classes between now and concert time (unless they are sick an unable to attend) so they can spend their rehearsal time together to perform their routines, feel confident and look amazing. Of course, this is only if it can’t be helped and in line with studio guidelines. If for any reason your child will miss a number of their regular classes in Term 4, we ask that you contact us via email to [email protected] to let us know in advance.

CONCERT TSHIRT
Each year we have a concert shirt. Whilst they are not compulsory they are a great memento of the event and are available for order from the studio. Orders will open on 1.11.25 and will close 5pm 9.11.25. Shirts will be ready for collection approximately 8-10 days after orders close.

CONCERT MEMORABILIA
VIDEOS
Photography and filming inside the auditorium is not permitted. We engage the services of a Professional Videographer. All parents are able to purchase a downloaded copy of the concert. Information on how you can make purchases will be shared closer to the concert date. All downloads will be available for viewing within 14 days of the event.
Arrival time: 10:15 am- this is when all preschool students are dropped off

DROP OFF & PICK UP
Your child will be dropped to Raz Studios staff at 10:15am to the change rooms which are located just outside The showroom. Raz staff will be outside The showroom to help direct you. Students will be signed in and stay with Raz Studios staff for the duration of the concert. This is a kiss and drop point.
During the dropping off times, we ask that one parent/guardian comes with their child into the drop off area (you will be directed once inside the venue).
All students will need to be picked up from the drop off point after the show. Students will stay in this location and need to have their name marked off by their group leader. Miss Lenae will direct this process at the conclusion of the concert.
WHAT TO WEAR ON ARRIVAL
All students are to arrive fully dressed and ready to go. This includes students hair being done (please see below for details of how to do your child's hair). Students are to be wearing their costume with their dance shoes on.
HAIR
Girls: Girls will be wearing their hair in a neat, slick back high pony tail. Please secure any baby hairs/fly away hairs with hair spray and bobby pins. Your child's hair piece will go in the front of their pony tail. If you are unsure of how to place the hair accessory please ask a staff member to assist you upon arrival.
Boys: Hair is to be styled neatly.
SHOES & SOCKS
All girls will wear Ready Set Dance branded white frilly socks. These are available for purchase from the studio for $6.00 if you need a pair.
Boys will wear plain black ankle socks.
Please ensure that all of your child's dance shoes are clean for concert day.
Students are not required to wear stockings at the end of year concert.
MAKE-UP
Our preschoolers are NOT required to wear make up. However, being a special day, if your little dancer would like to wear a small amount of very light pink glittery eye shadow and a small bit of clear lip gloss and you wish to allow this they are absolutely more than welcome to do so.
WHAT TO BRING
Please send your child with their dance bag that has their name clearly labelled on it. In their bag please have the following items:
Any dance shoes that they require outside of the ones that they arrive in. For example if your child does RSD and RSB please make sure that they have all relevant shoe sin their bag.
A water bottle labelled with their name on in.
Plain coloured snacks that do not have any nuts.
